| There's no simpler or more effective way to see more game than with an Ameristep Penthouse blind. The Penthouse improves your hunting efficiency by concealing movement, protecting you from the elements and minimizing human scent. And when it comes to sheer comfort, it as no rival. At 6 1/2' square by 7 1/2' tall, the Penthouse is the only blind in which a hunter can draw a bow and comfortably shoot from a standing position. Yet it folds into a 31' diameter by 2 1/2" thick backpack weighing only 20 lbs. for easy transport. Thanks to a roomy floor plan, the Penthouse readily accommodate up to four hunters, or it can be used to hide an ATV or to shelter a disabled hunter. Constructed from water-resistant nylon on the exterior, the interior is lined with our exclusive ShadowGuard black polyurethane to eliminate shadows and silhouette and control human scent. A heavy-duty spring steel frame enables the blind to be folded or unfolded in just seconds, and ensures years of dependable service. An overhead cargo net provides ample dry storage. The Penthouse features 12 windows, 8 portholes and 4 fully adjustable triangular openings that maximize viewing for any type of activity. Six of the eight portholes are covered with our unique see-through, shoot-through camo mesh that enables hunters to remain totally hidden while shooting without affecting trajectory or accuracy. Each Penthouse blind is supplied with 16 stakes, 4 high wind tie-down and a camo backpack. |
